Tygon tubing vs. the rest

As I will be rebuilding my PC after what it seems like a motherboard failure, I have a question about the tubing quality.

In your opinion/experience is tygon tubing worth an extra expense?

I don't think there is really an added "plus" to using tygon tubing. I mean it is just tubing. Primochill supposedly has added biocide in the tubing and works a little bit better with turn radias but I mean tygon tubing is just the same i guess, just clear in color.
