Need, cheap, do-it-yourself website to sell massage accessories

Greetings.

I have a female friend who is in her late 70s and lives in Northern California. She wants to begin selling a type of natural healing massage mallets from her home.

She is not very computer illiterate, but would like to be set up so that she can sell them online as well as have her customers pay thru PayPal.

A few years ago I was selling items thru a website from a company called HOMESTEAD, where I would basically pay $5 a month to rent pre-made templates/websites to sell my products on

Does anyone know of any similar websites, but much easier to use so I can set my friend up to operate her own business. Something that once set up, she will be able to run entirely on her own.

Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

This is what my business partner and I use for our clients when they're looking for a robust online store with the lowest budget possible: http://www.prestashop.com/ It has a huge userbase with many free themes, but any theme chosen would benefit from some custom design work to make it "hers."
As I mentioned, it's a pretty robust system, so it might be intimidating to a first-timer if she doesn't have a lot of experience with other CMSs, but I hope it helps you.

Another option (and system that we also use a lot) is http://www.ecwid.com/ but it is less of an all-in-one system really, and has less features, but that may be what you're looking for...
