need an inexpensive pc with wireless reception and hdmi port to hardwire to tv; wireless keyboard mouse combo or mouse. want good quality movis maybe browse e=mail. Any suggestions. saw some on e-bay for 80 to 150 but am not sure what type of pc I need, can't tell if they meet my requirements.

Can you link some of the PCs you are interested in? If all you want to is email and movies then $150 should be more than enough to get you what you need.
If I knew the specs for the PC I could give you a definitive answer

I'm looking for How to know if it has HDMI port out and Wireless capability. I see some PCs but can't know or get specs. Perhaps you could provide me with a link to an acceptable PC. Thank you sir.

If you don't need Windows then an Android mini PC should provide what you are looking for. That is, wireless capability and HDMI out. You should have no issue watching video and browsing email with this thing.

Ordered it off Amazon and they can't deliver it until November. The reviews were all about the 4.1 android system
