Radeon HD 6670 Overclock & Monitor Solution Needed

I have a Radeon HD 6670 that I currently have the GPU overclocked to 875MHz using the AMD Catalyst Control Center. There is another option to overclock the memory clock beyond the stock 667 MHz. Is there any benefit to overclocking the memory as well? Also, do you have any suggestions on free GPU monitoring software? Thanks.

MSI afterburner is one the best overclocking softwares IMO. Tells you your temps, fan speed, GPU usage, etc . For overclocking all you have to do is slide the bar up and click apply. Much better than CCC for overclocking.

Here's the link to the program: (Mirror)

If Mirror doesn't work: http://event.msi.com/vga/afterburner/download.htm
I am going to use MSI as you suggested. Should I uninstall CCC? Do you have any advice about the memory overclocking I mentioned above? Thanks.

Never used MSI but from what's described it doesn't seem any different that CCC. CCC has your fan speed, temperature, and usage as well as sliders to adjust core speed, memory speed, and fan speed.

I'm pretty sure CCC also has your drivers so I wouldn't uninstall it.
