Hello, i recently finished building my desktop with a really bad GPU and CPU just for like a temporary kind of thing but now i really want to update. My max amount i can spend is 300 dollars. What parts can i use?

and for the CPU i was thinking of a cheap one? Like what i really want to do is be able to run games like Crysis,DayZ,Arma,Battlefield, and Call of duty on atleast high or ultra and get around 40 - 60 fps and im on a tight 300 dollar budget i can go maybe a little over but i can't go to much over. So what do you guys think? Maybe i should get a better GPU, and tell me what cpu i need to use please!
