Just to make sure, you will also be buying an AMD CPU, right? You currently have an Intel.

I was hoping for under 200 for CPU and MB. I have a nvidia card I was gonna use but I guess I'll need a new one. Want an atx board and if it fits the budget and will work better then AMD then I'll
Go with a Intel

I have it and have put a couple others in builds as well. It's a pretty solid board. If you're doing much overclocking you're not going to get crazy far. On my Phenom II 955 I got to 4.0GHz from a stock of 3.2GHz without much trouble. With my 8320 I couldn't get past about 4.3GHz stable because I ran out of voltage bumps.

Only other problems I've had were that if I had my GSkill RAM in one of my slots it wouldn't boot. No idea why. I have 4 sticks of RAM. 2 GSkill and 2 Kingston. The Kingston worked fine in that slot but the GSkill didn't. It was weird. Was really a small issue though since it was easily fixed.

It's a solid board and I have no problem recommending it. But if you're expecting a lot of overclocking, remember that it's a sub $100 board.

It will be my first over clock so not expecting too much, just want to have a decent gaming machine. What CPU is a good budget processor to do with that board to over lock for gaming?

FX 6300 or FX 8320 would be good. They're essentially the same but the 8320 had 8 cores and the 6300 has 6.
