Acer X203H difficulty returning to power on

I have two of these and have had them for several years. Lately one of them has begun to stall in trying to power up when it has been put in low power mode by Windows. I noticed there are some parts available for these, but I'm not sure what part I might need.

Anyone know?

Thanks for any help.

edit: I found among the parts being sold are replacement capacitors. Soldering in some new caps is not a daunting task for me, and they are cheap. Does this seem a likely fix?

I eventually decided to take the monitor apart. It's quit difficult to disassemble and I broke a wire on one of the connectors which goes from the main board to the screen. I could see that a couple of capacitors were pooched, so that is probably the problem, but I'm not sure if I can repair the connector, so I'll probably just junk it.

I was able repair the connector, so I purchased the two capacitors that appeared to be bad and replaced them. It now returns from the power off state without difficulty.
