Hmm i took a look at both of these and i kinda like them, im still chanching my mind over x99 or x97 motherboards which leads to ddr4 and .... w/e.

So i created my own 2 versions as they are (about monitor thing), so please take a look :
x97 : http://pcpartpicker.com/p/xrRJXL
x99 : http://pcpartpicker.com/p/FJdnqs

* i fell in love with msi gpu, wont change my mind about them.
* Im still thinking about SLI 970 or single 980, even if i would like to have SLI because it looks and sound cooler
* And yes, if i go for x99 i will probably stuck with my (i think it is) 17'' display

Thanks for answers, let me know what you think about these

Well i guess i was not thinking about that one :\, i will go for x97 and ddr3 option then so i can get myself a nice 24'' monitor and make it all worth.

But nobody here answered me yet if i should go for SLI 970 or single 980 option, respond please

All of the suggested builds include a single 980, you can draw your own conclusion :D

A single card will give you more consistent performance, also you won't run into the 4 GB VRAM issue of the 970 in intensive environments.
