Question about controlling another laptop.

I don't want to do it through windows remote connection. The situation I have is:

I am letting someone borrow a laptop. I Want to be able to remote into it and lock them out or take over the laptop if I have to. Is there anyway to do this without installing a program on the computer that the user could just delete in Add/Remove programs? If there is a way please let me know.

if you dont trust your friend,why lend him the laptop in the first place???

In those situations where you don't trust the other person, it's better not to lend the laptop.

It's not really a friend and the borrowing it out isn't my decision. I'm just wondering if this kind of thing is possible.
