Hey guys, I havent been here in a while, but I have a strange issue.

My phone stopped calling and receiving calls a day or two ago. After rebooting/factory resetting/putting the sim in another phone that worked. I figured out that it wont call over wifi. Wont call or recieve calls. Doesnt dial, just sits around doing nothing. Over LTE though, it will recieve calls, but not make calls

What phone and provider do you have? Not all support calls over WiFi.

When happens when you try to place a call over mobile data?

I have a OnePlus One and T-Mobile. I feel like I have received calls while I'm over WiFi before so this is definitely a new thing. Over mobile data, nothing happens too. Just says dialing but doesn't make the dialing sounds, and call hang up after about 10 seconds

Have t-mobile reprovision your phone. Sounds like something is up on their end.

Are you running Android 6.0? From what I read after a quick Google search, the OnePlus One doesn't support WiFi calling natively until Google added support for it in Android 6.0.

Im running Cyanogen OS 12.1, I think its on Android 5.1

I have called and recieved calls over wifi before, so im not sure what the issue is

Then what is the chance it's just your WIFI? I would check a hotspot like McDonalds or Starbucks and see what happens.

Tested it at my dads office and didnt work there either, so im thinking its a phone issue

Just to ask the obvious, when you say you placed calls over WiFi before, did you have your phone in airplane mode or had the no service bar? Otherwise the call likely would have gone over mobile.
