Windows 10 install?

going to build a pc with windows 10, so now say a week later i build a another pc can i install the same window's 10 i used with the old pc? what would stop a person? i was thinking of the savings of $100

No, you can't. One license per machine only.

Build it with Windows 7 or 8 and then do the free update to 10 perhaps?

I really don't think that answered the OP's question at all. If he said he was gonna build a machine with 10 why would he install 7 or 8 and then upgrade to 10? Why not just do the procedure once?

Yes, you can use a Windows 7 key or 8 to activate Windows... but troublesome on another PC.
