Windows Memory Diagnostic Tool

This software comes with WIN 10. I can test the memory, but I can never find the results of the test. Anyone know how to find them?

Right.

Expand this spoiler. My screenshots are a bit big. This is a step by step guide to making a disk of memtest86 for free. Well, maybe 7 pence if you count the cost of a blank disk.

Go to memtest86.com
The site looks like this:
Screenshot_2016-05-26-10-16-14.png
I want you to click the GREEN download now! button.

Screenshot_2016-05-26-10-16-21.png

This will take you to a page. Look for "windows downloads". Click "IMAGE FOR CREATING A BOOTABLE CD.".

Screenshot_2016-05-26-10-16-30.png

When it has downloaded, open your Downloads folder and find memtest86-iso.zip

Right click it and select extract. You should now have the zip file and a folder with the same name.
Screenshot_2016-05-26-10-21-15.png

Open the folder.

There is a readme.txt file and a file called Memtest86-6.x.x.iso
Where x is some number (at the time of writing it is 6.3.0

Put a blank CD or DVD into your computer disk drive.

Right click the memtest86-6.x.x.iso file.

Select BURN TO DISK or the option with words to that effect. Do not choose mount, or double click it, as this isnt what you want.

A little window will show up. Burn the disk with it.

Now once you have done this, reply for the next step.

If you get round to running Memtest. It will probably look like this.

Sorry if the pictures are massive. This is on my phone as you can guess. Except the second to last image ofc.

Thanks :)

Thank you for the instructions, SpriteMidr. I have already done all this, but I put the download on a flash drive. My computer tells me the info on the flash drive is corrupt. I have chosen not to download the Memtest for $39, because I don't want to pay the money. I am thinking maybe the info on the flash drive became corrupt for some reason I don't understand.
I'm really starting to doubt the problems you're describing is the problem you're actually running into.

Screenshots or photos of said "info on the flash drive is corrupt"?

It's kinda like you know... saying "my car is broken" and then not really describing how its broken. In the computer world, the best way to "describe" it is by photos or screenshots of the problem you're having. Then, someone here has a place to start figuring out what problems you're running into.

What instructions? You burned it to a disc. Now put the disc in, reboot the computer, and boot to the disc.

That was in reply to me Voyager.

Just remember that whilst stuff is clear to you, other people are not as fast to pick stuff up.

Lets try and be helpful rather than short. The OP wants help remember.

You know how you installed Windows 8/10 by booting the disk? Do that.

It is not a Windows program. It is an OS that runs off the disk.

When you start your computer, you press something like DEL/F5/F2/ESC/F10/F12/F8 or something to open your boot menu.

Is there a way to download the Memtest86+ software without paying for it? The free version they offer me is corrupt.
Just a quick note, Memteset86+ is free and always will be. What you've downloaded is Memtest86 (not confusing at all right)...which is owned by Passmark a for profit company. They make a free version available, but also sell the $39 version you saw.

If you have trouble running it, 86+ makes a USB installer version http://www.memtest.org/download/5.01/memtest86+-5.01.usb.installer.zip that might be more straight forward. You still need to alter your boot order, either using the one time instructions SpriteMidr gave above or by permanently changing it in the BIOS. The actual key to press to get the advanced boot menu varies by system, usually it's F12 (which Sprite did list) but you'll have to read the POST screen to see for sure.

I honestly think you just need to take it to a shop, you appear to be in over your head and are liable to cause more problems than you're going to fix.
