Hi I just turned on my Desktop PC just now this has NEVER happened before I can't access my facebook only facebook page on Google Chrome I think all of the possible solutions or quick fix you might want to suggest like reinstalling google chrome using cccleaner on some online cache and on registry. Unblocking on my kaspersky firewall (althou it is not blocked before just to be sure.) and now this. Anything you want to suggest? Thanks Guys

Usually you'll see that when the browser displays a binary type of file without having it as a 'traditional download' instead.

I'd give resetting Chrome a shot, that may modify variables that otherwise wouldn't be impacted by uninstalling or similar.

Do not run the registry cleaner part of Ccleaner as its really not needed and you take a chance on making things worse then making it better.

Have you reinstalled chrome then? Does it work now?

I got it all out thanks for your suggestions due to my desperate measures i uninstalled my anti virus kaspersky. (with a possibility of getting a virus but i dont have antivirus long ago and im fine) and it magically works maybe somehow it is blocking the fb page althou i put my firewall down. it works fine now.

Unlikely. You need your firewall up.

Facebook uses the same ports as any other website. 80 for HTTP and 443 for HTTPS.

Run avast! free Antivirus.

Windows has a firewall anyway
