Budget unlocked phone?

So my OnePlus cracked yet again (not even my fault this time), and again I'm asking myself if I want to spend 150 dollars to repair it. And this time the answer is no, for a multitude of reasons. So I'm asking you guys for advice.

I need a pretty generic smartphone under 200 dollars, preferably around 150. My only serious needs are fast enough for using instagram, snapchat, and listening to soundcloud and spotify without lag, and maybe have 2-3 apps open at the same time. I would really like it if it could play some games too, just like small games, nothing big. I am not a power user of my phone, but I do go on reddit to kill time, so battery life is a plus, although I have a portable charger.

Thanks in advance

See if you can pick up a used Nexus 5X on Swappa. You should be able to find something in your price range.

Did you have a proper protective case and a tempered glass screen protector for your One Plus? Honestly, I don't think there's anything $200 that will be on par of what you have currently... unless you buy used as voyagerfan said.

I did have a good case for my OnePlus, but no screen protector. Anyway, in terms of specs, the OnePlus is great, but it has a multitude of other problems like call dropping, not receiving phone calls yet being able to use data, and the data and texts stopped coming in while connected to wifi, in addition to touchscreen bugs and other stuff. I already returned it once while warranty was active, and the new one I got had the same issues. Never buying a OnePlus phone again

Look around xda forums to see if there's any big threads about people having problems on the Nexus 5X or a lot of threads about the same topic of some issues they're having. That usually gives you a good idea if phone has any major design flaws, or it might just be a small issue that you can live with.
