Can't uninstall Apps Windows 10

I'd like to think of myself as an advanced user, but I am running into an issue I've never seen before.

After messing around with some SSH software (FreeSSHD, BTW don't use this app) it's like my computer is not allowing me to do things an Admin normally does.

It started off first by having NO access to my C:\ drive. I then had to go in and make myself the owner again. Then trying to run some VM's in VMware Workstation said the files were corrupt (NOT one VM opened up). This VM's are on the C:\ drive. Next, I tried uninstalling VMware Workstation and it said I needed admin rights. That is when I said WTF is going on!!! Something is really wrong!!!

I ran Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and nothing came up. Before I reload this thing I just wanted to put this out on a forum.

Any ideas???

Well for some reason Windows 10 acts as if you were not the admin even on the admin account. Did you try using the built-in admin account?
