Will MSI 970 gaming motherboard go well with MSI 750 Ti graphics card?!

Why wouldn't it? The only thing that really determines what video card to use is what you'll be doing with it. If its a high end game, the 750ti may not be good enough.

As long as it has PCIE x16 graphics card will fit and will not be bottlenecked. I don't know what you mean by "go well". Motherboards have no direct impact on performance.

What do you want to do with it? Have you already purchased both?

I have the graphics card! I wanna build medium level gaming pc.

Then you do not want to make an AM3+ build. Those CPUs are old, hot and slower than newer CPUs. What´s your budget?
