Obtaining IP Address from DHCP Server

I have a network which has a DHCP router but for some reason one of the machines wouldn't assign an IP automatically, does anyone know what the reason might be?

Machine is set to use a static IP address
DHCP pool is full
Port that the machine is connected to could be set to not receive DHCP address
Take your pick.
