Hi everybody,
I have a question and I need your help.
So yesterday I bought a new gaming PC which has both the HDD an SSD drives bulit and no OS. I went and made a clean installation of Windows 10 and obviously chose to install it onto the SSD drive. The installation itself went ok and when it finished I went to the Explorer and there was only the SSD drive storage space shown but no HDD. Then I erased Windows on the SSD drive and installed them onto the HDD drive and then it showed the storage space for both drives. Did I do something wrong during the installation on the SSD drive? Thanks in advance for the replies.

No, you didn't do anything wrong. You just didn't partition/format the HDD after installing to the SSD. Thats why it didn't show up in explorer. So reinstall windows on the SSD.

After you get done reinstalling windows to the SSD, go into disk management and do it.

Same process for windows 10. You can actually leave windows on the HDD and use disk management to format it which will erase everything off of it. However, please disconnect hdd until after you reinstall to the ssd so that the boot files don't accidentally get put on hdd.
