My mouse randomly changes its pointer to this

Ive never seen this before. My mouse just randomly changes its pointer to this logo.. and when its over a box you type in it turns black... Like a search bar or URL box etc.

This only happened after installed a new mobo and video card. There is no way to make the cursor change. It just randomly does it and I cant repeat it to change into it. I have to restart my computer every time to get rid of it. I have gone to my mouse settings and everything is default in there. I even went in there after the cursor changed and everything is still the same...

Any idea?

Did you reinstall windows? What was your old motherboard and what is your new motherboard?

Not sure how you got the 8350 AM3+ cpu to work on an FM2+ motherboard unless you linked the wrong motherboard. You need to reinstall windows and your troubles will go away.

Don't use backup program just copy and paste any personal data you need to a different drive or partition.
