Hello everyone i have a problme with the loading screen

so i was installing windows and you know in a Windows installation the pc restarts a few time so after the first restart the power went out and now im trying to install windows.so i click a button to boot form cd and then on the starting windows logo part its just stuck there i left it for 30 min or so but it was stuck there. so turn of the pc and out of curiosity i unplugged my hdd then gave it a go..it loaded fine.it didnt stuck on the starting Windows part and everything loaded fine so i got to the setup page and everything was fine and then i reconnected my hdd the gave it a go same case stuck on the starting Windows part. Is my hdd dead cz it shows up on the bios. and if not what could be the problem..i even tried isntalling windows 10,8.1,and xp

Sounds like the hard drive is bad now. You can try running the drive makers disk diagnostic utility on it to see if it can be repaired but I doubt it. What brand of drive is it?

Download seatools for dos and run the extended test. You'll need to put the iso image on a cd and run it from there.
