Hello! I am interested in buying a laptop that would give me the best experience in programming and software development or software usage. I am using Codeblocks or other C/C++ softwares, Matlab with Simulink and Polyspace, Latex compilers, R and Minitab for statistics, I want to learn using Python, Maple and I am currently learning web development so I will need HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap and so on. I am trying to use as many useful softwares as possible in computer science, business and finance, data analysis and Maths. I would like to spend around 500 GBP on it (-/+ 100). If more is needed then please tell me so I will start saving. Not interested in gaming or game development, just for work. What do you recommend me in terms of specifications and, if possible, models?
