(EDIT: Nevermind, problem solved by removing and then putting the battery back in)
I have a Samsung Galaxy S2 and it was very low on battery (but didn't turn itself off from the battery being completely expended) for a while and I turned it off, I come home and plug it into the computer and turn it on and it says "charging 0%" and there's an exclamation mark on the battery while it is charging. I'ts been charging for like 30-45 minutes now and hasn't budged from 0%. I tried turning it off, still, no progress on charging even while it was off.
