Hi, I bought a new pc today which came with a "TP-LINK 300mbps Wireless N PCI Express Adapter" wifi adapter. I installed windows 10 and when I installed the drivers it just doesn't find any wifi. I searched online could find nothing. When I looked through the drivers there is no windows 10 one. Can anyone help? I just need a driver for windows 10 or something idk please I'm begging rn.

Can you take a screenshot of the files within the .zip should be a .exe or setup file to click?

If not you can go into device manager find your device and try to manually install the relevant driver for it.

Go into device manager, and right click on the device that needs the driver, click on update driver, then direct the update to where those files are stored and it will install.

Yeah, do what @johnb35 has posted... I didnt open the .zip myself first.. sorry I wasn't steering you quite right there..I shoulda looked first.. but do what he has posted and let us know.
I did this and it didn't work. It seems there is an issue with my PCI controller drivers. I don't know what it is as when I troubleshoot the issue cannot be found. I tried updating them with no luck.
