Hello,
I am having an issue on Microsoft Outlook 2013 where when we type in a word in the individual search field (To, From, BCC, etc..), the keyword gets stuck and you can't clear it. The only way to fix it is to delete the search field and add it back again.
The strange thing is - when we change folders to try to clear the search, even if the word is stuck in the search field, the search function doesn't search for it (i.e.: its as if the word clears from memory but still stays there if that makes sense).
Eg:/
When we try to delete the "Test word" from the TO search field, it won't clear. When we change inbox folders, it still stays there.
I tried the following fixes already to no avail -
Any help with this problem would be appreciated!

- Loaded new profile and test. FAILED
- Tried to use a command line switch to reset search criteria and test. FAILED
- Tried to use a 3rd party tool to clear searches and test. FAILED
