Running mac OS X on Windows

Hello.
I am in need of running mac OS X jto create app files for apps on iphone. I have found 3 ways of doing this. Oracle Virtualbox, VMware - and dual boot. I hope to get it working with either Virtualbox or vmWare.

My system:
Asus motherboard
Windows Embedded 8.1 Industry Pro
AMD FX(tm)-6300 Six-Core Processor
16GB RAM
64-but Operating System, x64-based prosessor
AMD Radeon HD 5700 Series

Virtualbox:

I get following error when starting it
"Could not take a screenshot (VERR_NOT_SUPPORTED)" (to times in a row).
given from the log

vmWare
gives me
"A fault has occurred causing a virtual CPU to enter the shutdown state."...

My thoughts: Is it the amd processor? I have checked bios settings and it has virtualization enabled - so it is not that. However - as I found mac run intel processors, is that the problem? Do I then need to manually figure around with kernel for mac, or use "Kext"?

Is my video card too old?

Does anybody know what "VERR" means?. And would somehow happen to know how or why screenshots is taken in virtualbox somehow automatically?!

Your thoughts?
Please help!

1. It is against the MacOS EULA to run OSX/MacOS on anything other than Apple hardware
2. My recommendation is to buy a cheap Mac (such as a Mac Mini) and do your development on that. If you're using Visual Studio, there are ways to link your PC to the Mac in order to develop iOS apps from within Windows.
