Gaming on a 10yr old laptop

Hi guys,
I wanted to know if it was worth buying a laptop that was 10 years old to game on. I wondered this because decade-old laptops are pretty cheap these days, and it could offer a cheap and portable gaming solution.

I had a Dell Studio 1735 lying around with Windows 10 installed, so I decided to do my benchmarking on that. I recorded a video displaying the results, which is linked below. Note: The benchmarks don't start until 4:55. Also, something i forgot to mention in the video is that a laptop this old has a Vista COA on it, meaning that you'd have to spend quite a lot of extra money on buying a current OS

10 years old? Unless you plan on playing games that are 10 years old + then no.

It is perfectly fine for Hangman and Solitude. Otherwise, computer probably has a 7x multiplier in terms of human age. You can't expect a 70 year old man to run a triathlon.

Do you have specs? CPU, GOU, etc

You'll most likely need to track down a new battery for a laptop that old. That may prove to be a difficult task.
