System not starting!

Hello. I have intel i5-3470, hyperx black 8gigs ram and gygabite ga b75m-d3v mobo
When pc starts it does infinite beeps. While im familiar with beep codes and that endless beeps mean that its a ram issue when it beeps like 20-30 times pc sbuts down and starts itself again in a endless cycle.
I have 2x8 ram sticks and they both give me the same result
Thanks for the help!

Can only think its bad ram or the ram slots themselves. However, just taking out the battery might not reset the cmos. The procedure is to remove power from power supply, remove cmos battery, press and hold power button for 10 seconds then wait 10 minutes. Then reinsert battery and reconnect power and try booting up. If it still beeps then its a ram or slot issue.

The only way to tell what is damaged is to take it in and have it diagnosed. Unless you have another machine that the ram will be compatible with, you can test the ram that way. But it could be ram slots as well. If you've had a power surge or even a power outage, it could do damage.

Update: ram is perfectly working testee with friends machine now. Is there possability that psu is at fault? Cuz i tested so much that only 2 things are left to test the mobo and psu.

I want to apologise for wasting your time. The problem was a lose mobo cpu socket and when i moved the cpu in it it immediatly started working. Ty for the help!
