Pc wont boot to windows 10 after gpu installation

Today I bought a used MSI GTX 1050 Ti Gaming X and after plugging it in thr PC booted so slow. I got into Windows 10 lockscreen and entered my password, but after the screen turned black. I think it's a SATA problem, so i decided to reformat Windows 10. The problem is that when I install Windows using bios (usb) the screen turns black after the reboot before installing Windows. The Display port is connected to the GPU. Should I first plug in the dp to the motherboard then install Windows and drivers or I can just plug it in the GPU to install windows (I haven't got any drivers installed yet.)

My previous gpu was the integrated ones

Usually windows drivers will work temporarily until you get the actual ones installed, try running off of integrated graphics, install the GPU drivers, and then try running of the GPU drivers.

So you are using a display port cable to monitor? Does the monitor have a hdmi, vga, dvi port you can use to verify. My guess is that you have a bad video card.
