The 730 is pretty garbage.

Can you legit not throw in another $25? there are some 570s on slickdeals and eBay around one hundo that would be the equivalent of a racecar vs a tractor trailer in performance

Those rx cards are really nice for the money. As mentioned before the 570 may be a few dollars more but will do a nice job. Plus it doubles the memory to 4GB. 2GB seems very low for a lot of games.

The 1030's are kind of a joke IMO. Too powerful to be a standard multi monitor kind of card but too slow for any real gaming. You'd be way better off with the 570 even 560.

Yeah don't get the 1030. The rx560 even are between the 1050 and 1050ti and less expensive.

I finally did it. I purchased the XFX Radeon RX 580 8GB GTS Black Edition video card that was previously owned for $115 from Ebay.com. I will possibly give a follow up report when it arrives and is installed.

A thanks to all who gave me advice on this purchase.

I installed the video card back in December 2019 and then cloned my Windows 7 operating system again to get rid of the old video drivers. The software video drivers were easy to find for the new hardware. I installed them and the card works good on most of my video games. It does not work with a really old video game that was released around 2002 for some bizarre reason. Oh well. I have two computers and the older video game works on my other computer.
