Will i3 7100 (3.9 GHz) Bottleneck gtx 1650?

So recently I upgraded my gpu to a gtx 1650 4gb (msi)
So far it's working really well but I was wondering if the CPU (i3 7100) is bottlenecking the GPU.
I asked the seller before I bought the GPU and he said it won't bottleneck however some websites are saying there is a bottleneck.
My question is: is the GPU being bottlenecked and if so by how much since I couldn't find my CPU on bottleneck calculator..
Thanks.

Ehh not enough to worry about but it depends on the game.

It's easy to get caught up in dumb performance opinions, if you feel its working as you expected then that's the real benchmark

Unless you're targeting a specific framerate target for the games you're playing and you're not meeting them, I wouldn't worry about it as @beers has said.

There's always ways to increase performance, but you'll be going down a slippery slope of spending a ton of money trying to chase the dragon.
