Hello everyone, i made an account here so i can ask this question.
I'm not very experienced with installing operating systems and the circumstances i'm dealing with are a bit confusing . I hope i can make things clear here. Anyway here goes:

I've been using windows 7 for several years on my pc but i thought it was about time i restart system with windows 10 ( format hard drive, delete everything, etc. ). The thing is, i have 2 hard drives on my pc , one where i have installed windows 7, and other where i want to install windows 10. I want to remove the hard drive with installed windows 7 from my pc completely, but i'm not sure at which step should i remove it ( before, or after installing windows 10 on the other drive ).

Also i want to install windows 10 from my flash drive, but i'm not sure exactly how to do it, i have the windows 10 ISO file on my pc, and there are tutorials like this one where apparently you need to make the usb flash drive bootable with software like Rufus, here is the tutorial, i hope this works:
I am a bit unsure as to what goes after i follow the steps in this video, do you just run the installation or is there something more to it?

Also do you think that 4gb is enough or do i need 8+ in order to install windows 10?

Sorry for the long post and thank you in advance :)

Disconnect the windows 7 drive before installing 10. If you use the media creation tool on MS website it will automatically create the USB install. No need for rufus. You can reconnect windows 7 drive after installing 10 and use it for data storage. And of course disconnect drive while system is powered off.

4gb of ram is enough but you will want to upgrade to 8gb when you can.

How do i do that? Also is it really necessary? I don't have any operating system installed on the hard drive that i want to install it on.

Also i think it's important to tell you that i am using pirated version of both windows 7 and windows 10 ( which i'm about to install, downloaded from piratebay ) so please keep that in mind

I don't need windows 7 anymore, i just want to install windows 10. I'm not sure if i made myself clear but i want that hard drive with windows 7 installed on it completely out of my pc, i was just wondering whether i should put it BEFORE or AFTER i install windows 10.
