BSOD and Hibernation

HP desktop model p6710f, running Windows 7 was getting BSOD.

Microcenter diagnosed it. told me RAM was bad, sold me RAM.
They were wrong. RAM was fine.

meanwhile, since it has four slots, purchased some expansion ram online, installed with no issues
but BSOD continued.

Removed Microcenter RAM, took back to store for refund.
Resarted computer and got this black screen:

Your computer can't come out of hibernation.
Status 0x0000411
Info: An error occured processing the restoration data
File: \hibefil.sys
Any information that was not saved before the computer went into hibernation will be lost.

It said Enter at the bottom.

I probably made a mistake, I just physically shut down the computer, and that is where it is now.
I should mention that at some point I purchased third party physical CD restoration disks for Windows 7, but never used them. The license key sticker is still on the machine.

You hibernated the computer which stores information to the RAM, then removed the RAM and started the computer back up. It simply no longer had that information thus the error.

I think you know enough to be dangerous, so stop guessing and start taking steps in a coordinated way.

I have not consciously "hibernated the computer". I have no idea what happened, or why, or what to do next.
Your reply isn't helpful.

Thank you, voyagerfan99. I restarted the computer and for a brief second the familar HP logo appeared, then black screen, white letters,
offering two options. I dont' knwo what either option would do

"Reboot Windows Resume Loader
The last attempt to resume the system from it's previous location failed.
Attempt to resume again?
---Continue with system resume
---Delete restoration data and proceed to system boot menu."

I am not aware of any "last attempt to resume".

Ok, johnb35, just to be clear: you are saying to choose the second option. This says ".....and proceed to system boot menu"

What exactly is the meaning of "proceed to"? Does it require a special command to reach the system boot menu?

and, once at the system boot menu, if I recall correctly there are several choices of how to boot.

What is the specific wording of the name of the boot method I should choose?

It should just reboo into windows. The restoration data was for hibernation.
