What I would do at this point is do a system restore back to the day before you started uninstalling those programs and see if you get internet. Other then that, reinstall windows.

Is it possible to do a system restore back to the certain day in the past?

As long as system restore has been enabled, yes.

Open system properties page and then click on system protection on the left. Then click on system restore box and hopefully it will give you a list of dates to choose from.

I created a recovery point on January 17, 2020. Everything is going fine but at the end the message is that nothing has been changed.

Sometimes it says that it didn't complete correctly but the issue has been fixed. Do you have internet now?

Was there another day to try in the system restore list? Other than that, you might as well reinstall windows.

Reinstalled Win 10 to the original but nothing changed. There is no internet.

If thats true, then something happened besides you changing a setting.
If I buy a Wi-Fi adapter, will it solve the problem?

You were using your friends wifi when you couldn't connect with a cable so I'm assuming yes. Are you sure the correct ethernet driver is installed after the reinstall of windows?

1) Wi-fi works and all other computers work on cable Internet. No problems. Only my desktop does not have internet.
2) The driver is not installed. How to install a driver without internet? Where to get it?

Use a pc that has internet and download the driver and put it on a usb flash drive then run the file on the pc without internet. I'm assuming this is a custom built pc? You would need model of motherboard and then get the driver from the manufacturers website. If you give me the model of the motherboard, I can give you a link to the driver.

Boot into safe mode with networking to see if you get internet. If you do then we know its a Kaspersky issue.
No Kaspersky I just reinstall Windows to
