WIndows 10 RAM Causing Blue Screen?

Hello!

I shall jump straight into it. Today I upgraded my build of:

I7 7700
GTX Zotac 1070 8GB
ASUSRog Strix z270e
32 GB 3000 MHz Corsair Vengeance
Samsung 970 Evo M2 SSD 500 GB
Corsair H55 Liquid cooler

and made it:

I7 9700k
EVGA RTX 2080
ASUS Prime Z390-A
32GB 3000 MHz Corsair Vengeance
Samsung 970 Evo M2 SSD 500 GB
Corsair 115i Platinum Liquid Cooler

It looks amazing HOWEVER, we kept encountering problem when trying to boot it up.

The issue rotated between errors each attempt, the first being 0xc0000428, windows cannot verify the digital signature, an error about a kernel security, 0xc0000221 a critical driver is msising or contains errors BUT we decided to remove the ram to see if that was the issue and after leaving 2 8GB sticks in, it booted up but gave us this error: 0x8007139f which was something to do with the pin but I managed to work around it and gain access to the internet which then let me reset the pin and I am now on the PC WOOP!

BUT why do my other 2 ram sticks not work :(?

We had to do a process of trial and error to figure out which ones caused issues and if it is the ram, why did the error keep changing?

Any help would be gratefully appreciated!

Did you do a fresh install of windows since this is on a new motherboard and processor?

If the 1 tb is just for storage then you would just want to disconnect it prior to reinstalling windows. Right now, those error codes you listed is basically telling you that there are driver issues as the previous install is looking for specific devices and not finding them.

I have 400GB used out of my 500GB on the M2 which has Window on so I am just trying to figure out how I can move across games and then move them back, I don't want to cause any issues but I don't think dragging and dropping them would be the solution, or is it that easy.

Games would have to be reinstalled. Game saves and personal files can be transferred though.

I thought you could reinstall Windows 10 without deleting user files? I'm pretty sure I've seen that option in the recovery menu before boot.

I would only choose to reset this pc after its been freshly installed with the new hardware, motherboard and cpu. It sounds like he just replaced mobo and cpu and booted into his old installation, which is causing the issues. If he trys resetting it, he will most likely get an error that it can't be done.

I am a massive donkey. I was running Windows version 1809 or something like that and as soon as I updated it, let the PC restart and then shut it off and installed the rest of the ram it worked.
