Newly build computer wont connect to monitor and randomly restarts, HELP

Hey! I recently built a computer and I am having some issues with it. Whenever I turn it on, some lights turn on but not all of them. (Some cosmetic lights on the motherboard do not turn on) And the computer restarts every so often (as in some lights shut off and the fans stop running then they turn back on again). In addition to this, whenever I plug in a monitor that I know works, the monitor turns on then says no signal. All of the plugs are plugged in tight so I don't know whats wrong with it. Oh and the LED light for DRAM is on solid red, so maybe it's a RAM issue. Additionally, one time when it restarted, more lights were on than before when it turned back on (cosmetic lights for the motherboard that is). Here are my specs:

RAM: HyperX Fury 32GB 2666MHz DDR4 CL16 DIMM (Kit of 2) Black XMP Desktop Memory HX426C16FB3K2/32

Motherboard: Gigabyte Z390 AORUS PRO (Intel LGA1151/Z390/ATX/2xM.2 Thermal Guard/Realtek ALC1220/RGB Fusion/Gaming Motherboard)

Case: NZXT H710 - CA-H710B-B1 - ATX Mid Tower PC Gaming Case - Front I/O USB Type-C Port - Quick-Release Tempered Glass Side Panel - Cable Management System - Water-Cooling Ready - Black

GPU: ZOTAC GAMING GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER Twin Fan 8GB GDDR6 256-bit 14Gbps Gaming Graphics Card, IceStorm 2.0, Spectra Lighting, ZT-T20710F-10P

Processor: Intel Core i7-9700K Desktop Processor 8 Cores up to 4.9 GHz Turbo unlocked LGA1151 300 Series 95W

Cooling: NZXT RL-KRX52-02 Kraken X52 240mm All-in-one Water / Liquid CPU Cooling with Software Controlled RGB Lighting

Power Supply Corsair CX Series 650 Watt 80 Plus Bronze Certified Modular Power Supply (CP-9020103-NA)

Storage: 1 TB hard drive

Pictures of my computer and the DRAM light are attached

Thanks for reading, any help would be appreciated.

I'm pretty sure that it is not an overheating issue as everything is cool and the computer was brand new when it was restarting
Oh and I have tried removing the GPU and plugging my monitor into my motherboard but the monitor still says no signal.

No boot on new builds is sometimes due to MB grounding on the metal case. First thing is - Are the nine, (I think), standoff spacers placed correctly between the tray and the MB? Make sure nothing metal is touching the back of the MB except the standoffs. And you connected all three power connectors - 24 pin, 8 pin, and the 4 pin?

I second that, on my first build i didn't initially install the grounding (standoffs, i think) and the pc would reboot randomly every so often if the desk even slightly shook
God bless MSI, it still worked
Also, OP, does it boot up at all? or does the monitor just have "no signal"?
If your monitor was plugged into the GPU, I would try plugging it into the motherboard first and see if you can get something to come up
if all else fails, you could try your ram one at a time to see if you have a bad stick

I would say this is a standoff issue. I'm not sure you need both 4 and 8 pin power connected though. You would need both if you were do an heavy overclocking.

Hey! Thanks for the replies. I tried just taking everything out that wasn't entirely necessary (The GPU, one RAM stick, and the hard drive) and I placed everything outside of the case. Now, everything works fine, the motherboard has all of its lights on and it is not restarting every so often. This makes me think it was a standoff issue... my bad. The only thing is that the red light for BOOT is on, could this mean anything? The monitor turns on to bios now when i press delete on a keyboard but the BOOT red light is still on and I do not know if this is a problem or not since everything is working.

Oh also, my power supply only had a 8 pin to go into the CPU (well it was 2 4 pins that were connectable), so yes the CPU only has the 8 pin connected to it since the power supply didn't come with a separate 4 pin.
