is there a sata to female usb coverter?

Or is there a wifi usb adapter that fit flash to the usb port so its not protruding?

There is a sata port inside my laptop and I am not using it for secondary hard drive.

I want to connect a Wifi usb adaptor to the sata port.

Is it possible?
