Can't get my Smart TV connected

I bought a Spectrum ES2251 Router/Modem and my PC is connected, but I can't get my Vizio SmartScreen TV to connect. No network for it even shows up in the "Network" section of my TVs settings

Then I doubt it has wireless. You should see a wireless light on it if it has it. Like I said, I wouldn't trust the techs very much.

They are the ones who are supposed to know
As I said, don't put much trust into them. I'm sure your pc and phone are working fine since you actually have them plugged into the ports on the back of the modem. Any wireless router will have additional lights on them letting you know that the wireless is actually working. Since your model has no wireless lights, it doesn't have wireless. Sorry but thats the way it is.

When I said phone, I was referring to my Smartphone. It's not plugged into anything

Gotcha. Does your TV see any wireless networks that may be in the area? Has it ever been connected to a wireless network? Perhaps the wireless in the TV is bad or maybe a wrong setting?

You will need to connect to the network name of your new router. The new router won't have the same network name as the old one unless you change it. Find out what network name your phone is attached to and connect to it entering the correct password.

Why are you assuming instead of actually checking to see what it's actually attached to? Can't help you unless we know this. I'm still guessing your modem doesn't have wireless.

It says WiFi in the ad. If my smartphone worked with my old modem and still works, the logical conclusion is it's connected to the old modem
Either do what John says or go away. He's trying to help and you're acting like an old person set in their ways.

Go in the network section on your phone and see what wifi network it is connected to.

How can it still be connected to the old modem if you switched it out?

Is that the network name of the new modem? Should tell you, should be a sticker on it with name and password. If you aren't sure what you are connected to then contact your provider for support. All we are doing here is going in circles.
