motherboard don’t want to boot up after I disabled the quick start in windows 10 please help motherboard goes on but no display

So you don't even get the motherboard post screen? If not, thats not windows fault. You may have a faulty hard drive or ram. If you have more than one stick of ram, remove all except for one and try booting up. If it still won't boot then look more at the hdd.

I'm assuming on the page, clearing the CMOS ram is the same as clearing the CMOS on other computers? Not sure why they call it the Cmos clock

This was another page of things to try for that board
