No sound

Hi guys i have got a asrock k8upgrade vm800 with windows xp 64 bit but my pc has no sound, i have tryed instaling drivers off cd but no luck

it doesnt work cuz the driver off your cd prob doesnt support x64, i suggest u goin to asrock site and get the driver off the site, most updated one should support x64
