I know I don't have any excess adware or viruses, I just have way to many system processes, I don't know why there's so many, I don't know what to get rid of and what not to, Is there a program that can help me sort them out and find the root program and help me remove it from my computer? Thanks alot.

he's got a REALLY good list...but PLEASE don't do EVERYTHING on there..cuz it'll mess up ur pc. just go with what you KNOW. if you dont know what it does don't mess with it until you research it. disabling 1 process can screw ur OS...and its a pain to fix. no worries though :) lol

Most processes aren't required for your computer to be at an operational state, but most of them are required for other programs to operate properly. Disabling some, for instance, might shut off your burning software or any other program you use regularly. If you are complaining because your computer is lagging, try disabling the programs that run in the background when your computer boots. To do this, go to RUN on the start menu. Type MSCONFIG on the command line. When the configurator opens, click on the startup tab. The programs you see in the list are the programs that run when your computer boots. Individually, they may only take up a small portion of RAM, but in large groups, they become a RAM hog. Scroll through the list and uncheck the programs you don't need to run at system startup. You can usually tell if you need them or not by looking at its location on your hard drive (listed on the MSCONFIG window). When you are done, reboot the machine. When it comes up to the desktop, a warning message will apear telling you that selective startup has been used on your PC. Check the box that says "Don't show this message at System Startup" on the lower left-hand corner of that message dialogue box or the message will haunt you each time you start your pc. Your system, depending on how many programs you were able to disable, should run much faster now. If it won't boot, then you have disabled something your computer needs to operate. Just boot up in safe mode, repeat the above process and uncheck the files you think your computer has to have to operate. In addition to this, check the programs that load from your "Startup" folder in the Start menu. For the most part, I wouldn't worry too much about those processes. Hope this helps.
