You either have a bunch of bad memory sticks or are suffering from some rare motherboard disorder.

How are you running memtest?

if i run the memtest normally there are no errors
only when i do: memory sizing -> bios-all
i get those errors

... okay. Are you running it from Win, DOS, Linux live CD, what?

If you run it normally, what address range is it testing? Some versions default to just the lower range of memory addresses, which is why one needs to specifically select all memory for testing.

If that is the case, then you have a memory fault in the upper registers.

1. I guessing you've got 3 sticks of memory? Firstly sacrifice a stick in favor of 2x the bandwidth
2. Are you running (or trying to) run 1T? Dont.
3. Mayve those timings are to tight? Maybve bump the vDimm
