The Logitech model is closer to the "other"(MS Trackball Explorer with 5 programmable buttons and red led lit trackball) I personally favor over the two seen here. I have to vote on the third sorry.

I really don't like how the razer looks, a little too flashy for a mouse, the G5 on the other hand looks nice and simplistic and comfortable.
The Razor would go well with a show case for the custom look there. I run a case here with four large led lit fans. It kind of looks like the KMart "blue light special" in that sense. But you can add led strips inside a case along with the Razor to give a case the sci-fi look if you want. There are all kinds of modded cases where something like that adds to the "effect" so to speak. For praticality the Logitech model does rival the MS opticals.

yea the logitech has all the same features as the copperhead besides for a forward button i believe. but that woudnt change my decision as the logitech is cheaper and right now u can get it on newegg fro free shipping.
On a programmable mouse you can assign a button for forward, double clicking, scroll, spacebar, alt, cntrl, right and left clicking, etc.. The style as well as ergonaumics is a consideration according to personal preference. thats probably the ugliest mouse i have ever seen in my 16 years of life and i would rather not have a computer than use that mouse.
For you maybe. But after years of handling steels in the machine tool industry and then going into electronics and later pcs I seem to have larger hands and longer fingers. Instead of constantly moving a mouse around you get to move the trackbal with one finger while being less clumsy with a keyboard having "5" programmble buttons on the model. That can come in handy while gaming for sure. But each to "their" own there.
