is it possible to triple monitor using a graphic card with a vga,dvi port and an onboard graphics card?
Yes,and No. Yes if your graphics card has two vga/dvi and is PCI-E or PCI. If your graphics card is AGP then No, cause onboard is also AGP and you can only use one at a time.
(you could also do it with 3 different PCI cards. , even 4 or 5 or 6 monitors for that matter)
You need one monitor with an analogue input (blue end), and another monitor with a DVI input (not blue). Then plug both in.
Then...
Right-click desktop > Properties > 'Settings' tab > Advanced > G'eForce 6600 GT' tab.
It's one of the options on the left-hand side, near top. Can't remember which one, as I currently only have 1 monitor.
It'll show the 2 monitors as blue boxes, side by side, on a black background, and there'll be a drop-down list. I think you choose the very bottom setting. Tell me what it is so I know if it IS the one you should be selecting.

Well can anyone tell me if I can do it? My card is a Evga e-GeForce 6600GT.
It's simply astounding how one person can say so much to pretend like they actually know what they are talking about, yet not answer the question and say sweet *%&$ all at the same time. I've never seen anything like it.
Well.. its not like that couldnt be found in the manual of the card..
True, but an honest question deserves an honest answer, don't you think? Not four posts of utter nonsense.
