i never had PS2, but i did play one game that i just couldn't stop playing, it was Grand Theft Auto: Vice City....it was so great!!

GTA 3, Vice City, (I haven't played SA yet, but i'm sure its good), Metal Gear Solid 2, Gran Turismo 3, and Need For Speed Underground 2 are some of my favorites. Metal Gear Solid 3 was the biggest dissapointment to me, I thought it would be really good, but i think it sux. Anyway, that's my 2 cents!

Definitely MGS3, FFX & FFX-2, and DOA2: Hardcore (before the franchise got corrupted by Microshaft...) Waiting impatiently for FFXII

OMG!!!!! I can't belive nobody mentioned it yet. The best game on PS2 ever is SOCOM II, hands down. at least 20,000 people everynight. I also really like the metal gear series....but my number one pick is SOCOM II, at least till SOCOM 3 comes out.

GTA 3... people say GTA SA, yea it is a good game but keep in mind it wouldn't be there without GTA 3..
