I wouldn't expect anything good off them.

Maby if you are lucky you might get some good channels but not alot of them compared to the branded ones.

i wouldn't risk 15 bucks on that. a low end branded one doesn't cost that much more anyways. i got mine for around 40 cdn. so thats 35 USD and i'm quite satisfied with it.

Cheap cards give horrible quality. I wouldn't pay less than about $50 for a capture card.

if it says you need a sound card to use a one of these USB powered TV tuners (off tigerdirect) and your sound card is integrated into your motherboard does that count? or do i need a separate sound card?


If it can support windows XP it can support media center correct?

Nope, MCE only supports mid to high class cards.

get an ATI tv wonder... only tv cards worth buying in my opinion... ATI is like the best lol

The ATI TV Wonder cards are pretty good, and they're not terribly expensive.
