nothing is impossible. try as they might, there is no way to read a hard drive after the binnary has been randomly mixed a certain amount of times, of course then holding magnets up to it at certain places will always help it aswell.

No you can't. Computer Forensics; they can catch anything and everything you did on there if they wanted. Even after you format; but that's if you can format a gov. computer.
He could manually delete every file not needed with something like "incinerator" from iolo. Put it on 7 overwrite which is military standard or something, it can be retraced but they say that would take 7 years or so. So put it on 15times overwrite it is possible but in reality no one would bother.
 
You can use Browzar http://www.browzar.com/ that leaves no traces. I would think they could catch you if they had a keylogger or monitor your internet connection...

open up ms-dos and type in netstat or with the optional /a command. You can see just what IP addresses are on your computer. I used to use telnet in dos to hack, shhhh. I dont do it anymore though, ive grown up lol.
