Software to monitor morgage balances (one-going amortization tables)???

My wife and I are "Mom & Pop" landlords. We have several small rental properties. Every time we need to make improvements, we need to draw on our equity, and refinance. When we need to do this, I phone the bank, and get info. on existing mortgage balances, ect. Using the start date of the mortgage and an amortization schedule (available free on the internet), I can figure out equity. etc. It would be great if there were software that would monitor the mortgage balances of all of our morgages (more than 10). ---Software where I could enter the loan start date, % rate, term, ect. ---and have all the mortgages update automatically as time goes by (assuming I make all payments). For example, if I didn't check for balances for several months, and I went into the "Mortgages" program, I could see, as of the current date, for each mortgage, (1) an outstanding balance of $XXX, (2) an equity build-up of $XXX, (3) $ in interest & $ in principle being paid the next payment, (4) number of months left in loan, etc. -----Anyone out there know of such software? Software just for monitoring mortgages as described above. I would perfer not to have to buy software that does something else---and has mortgage monitoring as a side feature. I don't need anything else--- and certainly wouldn't want to pay big bucks for the extras I didn't need. It's 2007, by now, someone must have developed software to monitor running balances of multiple mortgages!?? ----Any help/ info would be appreciated. :) --Jaes
