M2TW Freeze

Whenever I play Medieval 2: Total War and play a battle, it freezes on me and I have to restart my comp. Sometimes it will even freeze once I start up M2TW. I don't have this problem with any other game.

what could be the problem and how do i fix it?

did you patch it? it could also be an over heating issue

thx downloading the patch now...i don't think it is overheating problems b/c i can play CSS for hours

well granted i believe M2TW is bit more demanding than CSS but you may be right lets us know if it works good luck
