Which is better Athlon 64 X2 5400 or Core 2 Duo E6600 2.40GHz

im trying to upgrade my pc so i can meet the requirements for the game Crysis which is recomended with the Core 2 Duo E6600 2.40GHz.

That E6750 processor works out at £110, you can get it in the UK for just £123, so not exactly mega bucks cheaper.

Oh, and don't come to the UK, we're slowly turning into a prison state. Everyone is getting ID cards with all of their personal information embedded on them, and within the next decade every car will have a government monitored GPS tracker attached to it. Oh, and they also want us to pay per mile that we drive, enjoy! lol

:O Lol, that sounds crap.
Hmmm, I wish I could get American prices here, since our dollar is strong. :) I wouldn't lose so much money.

Australia's very expensive when it comes to computers, even after you do the currency conversion.. You Non-US guys should get an American contact, someone who'll buy the stuff you want and ship it to you, Nothing too big though, or the shipping price would be outrageous!
