Mouse Curson Lags!!!!

Hey I don't know what happened but its happened two or three times now in the past day...I'll be browsing the net or doing something and all the sudden my mouse cursor starts to LAG bad...the rest of the computer seems fine...its just the cursor...it seems like someone placed a boulder on top of it....what causes this? and more importantly how do i make sure it doesn't happen again....I can hardly function without a reboot...I tried Ctrl Alt De....nothing was taking up a lot of processor memory.

^ Wireless mice are tend to lag no matter what. The longer the distance from the computer, the more it lags.

Yes sometimes mine starts to lag but for like 10 seconds.

Since it is a wireless mouse, have you tried the rest button on the mouse or the receiver?

yea the mouse works but now it seems like my keyboard is lagging....wtf? it takes a little longer time betwen my pressin of he button and it appearing on the screen and i have to pus the button really hard

Now if they are both wireless, I think they are interfering on each other. Make sure the Wifi receivers for both the mouse and keyboard are not too close to each other.

could it be the batteries? everytime mine starts freaking out i put new batteries in it. the software i have tells me when the batteries are low.
